A spin-off of the popular Goddess and the Grocer market in Chicago, Goddess and the Baker approached DesignScout to create a personality-rich, Instagram-friendly café brand.

With more than 400 design collaborations, our studio has built a robust foundation for this lifestyle brand. From cafe façades to coffee bikes, custom packaging to whimsical merch, nearly every touchpoint of the Goddess brand is designed to reflect the brand’s personality, positivity, and inclusivity.

Since opening its first location in 2015, Goddess and the Baker has opened five additional locations, garnered 17,000+ Instagram followers, and has become one of the most beloved restaurants in the Midwest. In fact, our “Eat Now. Caffeinate.” sign is one of the most Instagrammed signs in Chicago.
With more than 400 design collaborations, our studio has crafted a robust creative signature for the Goddess brand. From coffee bikes to cafe façades, custom packaging to enamel pins, nearly every touchpoint of the brand is highly designed to reflect the brand’s positivity, personality, and values.
From our famous “Eat now. Caffeinate.” sign to our clever creamer pumps, the DesignScout troop has branded nearly every customer touch point at Goddess and the Baker. This high-touch branding was so successful, we hired the DS team to brand our second restaurant concept Here Chicky Chicky. We highly recommend DesignScout for big strategic brands.
